2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to win.

3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on July 10, 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) and ends on July 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT.
Entries received after the closing time will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period:

- Like the official giveaway post.
- Tag one friend in the comments.
Each comment tagging one different friend counts as one entry.
Participants may enter multiple times by submitting additional comments, provided each comment tags a different person.
Spam, duplicate comments, or fake accounts may be disqualified.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- One (1) copy of Dear Diary
- One (1) Dear Diary Starter Kit, including:
- Archival photo corners
- Archival journaling pen set
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $65 USD.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution will be provided.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The drawing will take place within approximately 48 hours after the giveaway closes.
Before the prize is awarded, Sponsor will verify that the selected entrant complied with all entry requirements.
If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, does not respond within 48 hours, or is found ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted only by direct message from @everydaywithhayley.
Sponsor will never request payment, banking information, or credit card information in order to claim the prize.
8. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
9. Release
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
By participating, entrants release Instagram from any responsibility related to this giveaway.
10. Privacy
Information collected in connection with this giveaway will be used solely for administering the giveaway and contacting the winner, unless the participant separately opts in to receive future communications.
